The Madrid Smiles Association, in collaboration with the MWCC, have carried out the exhibition of the Armed Forces, Police, Firefighters and Civil Protection in a residence for the elderly.
More than 150 residents of Ballesol Mirasierra have been able to enjoy the deployment of means and material from the different participating units: National Police canine handlers, motorcycle units, the traffic group, fire vehicles…
Through this social and solidarity campaign, both entities are committed “to bringing practices and knowledge that enrich the free time of residents with therapeutic and preventive actions”.
A collaboration that Ballesol Mirasierra believes is essential to “promote active and successful aging, promote activities between different generations and enrich social relations”, contribute its professionals.
A smile, a gift
One of the fundamentals of the actions carried out jointly by the Asociación Sonrisas Madrid and MWCC is to “add smiles through books, toys and educational material” through these donations.
