MWCC has presented the M-30 underground project, in the section located between the Francisco Bayeu Glorieta and Subías and the Mariano Salvador Glorieta Maella.
The reasons justify this action are economic, urban sustainability and political. To these, there are reasons for the demand for housing in this area that could be addressed if there is an exchange of land for finished work or transfer of surface rights in plots adjacent to the underground section. These alternatives would allow the completion of the work through a public-private partnership as an alternative to public financing of the investment. The financial study of This alternative has been made by ASPRIMA.
This project, an original idea of MWCC, has been developed through collaboration with different sector agents that through training (UAX), research (ACCIONA, FCC, OFICEMEN and UAX), materials production (OFICEMEN), engineering and construction (ACCIONA and FCC) and promotion and dissemination (ASPRIMA and MWCC), allow the development of the sector and contribute to position it as world leaders.
