MWCC has participated in the Real State sector meeting, organized by CEIM. The forum has had the participation of Miguel Garrido, president of CEIM; Jose Maria Garcia, Deputy Minister of Housing and Territory Planning of the Community of Madrid; Begoña Villacis, Deputy Mayor of Madrid, as well as Mariano Fuentes, Delegate of the Urban Development Area.

In addition, more than 50 entities have participated to make Madrid a more attractive place, even more so, to invest, undertake, work and live. We have shared our vision on the business climate in Madrid.

Among the main topics debated, the following stand out: Plan Vive of the Community of Madrid, the alienation of land as an attraction for the investor, the modification of the PGOU of the Madrid City Council as well as the urban regulations; the ordinances and licenses and DRs of the Madrid City Council and finally the return on investment in affordable housing (build to rent).

We continue to work for Madrid, its citizens and companies, with public-private collaboration as a factor for growth and investment.
