MWCC has participated together with the United Nations Global Compact in the preparation of the document called sustainability roadmap for the construction and engineering sector, which unveils the 10 key transformations in business sustainability to promote among companies in the sector.
The document was presented at the REBUILD 2024 trade fair, which summarises the findings of the UN Global Compact Spain Construction and Engineering Working Group. The group is made up of the leading companies in the sector in our country and seeks to address the social, environmental and governance challenges they face, while meeting the Sustainable Development Goals.
In addition to these ten cornerstones on which to pivot to transform engineering and construction, indicators, measurable commitments and good practices are included to guide business action.
