MWCC participates in Foro por Madrid's ‘Roundtables on the State of the City: Strengths of Madrid’.

MWCC has participated in the ‘Roundtables on the state of the city: strengths of Madrid’ organised by the Forum for Madrid. This was a strategic working session with the business community, which brought together companies and institutions at the Matadero Design Centre to reflect on the elements that define Madrid as a benchmark city. The meeting was opened by the General Coordinator of the Mayor's Office, who stressed the importance of listening to the different actors who contribute to the growth and positioning of the city.
MWCC, together with other entities of the Forum for Madrid, participated in a joint dialogue exercise to identify and strengthen the main strategic assets of the capital. During the day, four simultaneous dialogue tables were held, guided by a technical report prepared in collaboration with the municipal government areas, and focused on discussing key aspects of Madrid's identity. The contributions collected will contribute to building a shared, inclusive and future-oriented city narrative.
The meeting concluded with a brief presentation of the exhibition "El viaje entremedias. 25 years connecting", by the designer Héctor Serrano, winner of the National Design Award 2024, bringing a cultural dimension to the closing of this session of collective reflection.
With initiatives like this, MWCC reinforces its commitment to public-private collaboration as a driver of urban, social and economic transformation.
