MWCC has participated in the VIII Foundation for Diversity Awards ceremony. More than 100 nominations were submitted to the awards.
In the category of institution or public company, the winner has been: Universidade da Coruña.
With the category of entities from the world of Culture or Sport, Fundación Diversidad wants to recognize the work in diversity management and inclusion of three organizations: the Spanish Paralympic Committee, ESIC University and the Resilis Foundation.

In the Large Company category, those selected on the short list are: Admiral Seguros, Banco Santander and LATAM Airlines.
On the other hand, in the SME section, the winner has been the Mutua de Accidentes de Canarias
Finally, the high quality of the candidacies presented has led the jury to shortlist several specific projects that are candidates for a Special Mention.
In total, there have been more than 100 applications analyzed in which the jury has wanted to highlight the high quality and the real and effective commitment to diversity and innovation of each one of them. The jury has valued those companies that work with different types of diversities (demographic, experiential and cognitive), that really have a diverse workforce and are committed to talent, that have inclusive personnel management policies in place (training, selection processes without biases) and that, in addition, have mechanisms to measure progress in the matter.
