• The ‘Treep fy’ team has been the winner of the ‘Sustainable Architecture and City’ challenge proposed by Madrid World Capital of Construction, Engineering and Architecture during the third edition of Innovation Week, organized by the CEU San Pablo University in collaboration with Santander Universities

Within the framework of the third edition of the Innovation Week organized by the CEU San Pablo University, in collaboration with Santander Universities, the group of Madrid and Spanish companies and entities Madrid World Capital of Construction, Engineering and Architecture has proposed to the young students the challenge ‘Architecture and Sustainable City’. During this meeting, which connects university talent and the business world, the participants have worked on proposals to achieve healthy cities, promote mobility and connectivity in Smart Cities, achieve greater energy efficiency in buildings or promote recycling and reuse of materials For the construction.

The ‘Treep fy’ team has been the winner of the challenge thanks to a project that aims to connect people who are looking for the same trips, finding for them the cheapest prices as a group in the most sustainable transport, prioritizing that they travel by train or bus electric. All this will be managed through a mobile application with a group chat and the possibility of making requests and proposing activities, as well as a website that allows you to book or create new travel routes, compare prices between the different alternatives, as well as meet and chat with travel companions who will share the same journey as the user.

Among the members of the jury was the president of MadridWCC, David García Núñez, who has been one of those responsible for analyzing the finalist projects and choosing the winning team.
