MWCC will be part of the next edition of TECMA
Madrid World Capital (MWCC) has confirmed its participation in the next edition of TECMA, the International Urban Planning and Environment Exhibition, which will be held at the IFEMA MADRID Exhibition Centre from 9 to 11 June 2026.
With its participation, MWCC reaffirms its commitment to innovation, sustainability and the international projection of Madrid, contributing to a forum that each year promotes new ideas and synergies for the future of cities, TECMA, a benchmark space for professionals in urban sustainability, environmental innovation and efficient management of urban services. Each edition brings together institutions, companies and experts working on designing solutions to meet the challenges of the cities of the future.
For David Garcia Nuñez, president of MWCC, ‘MWCC will always be present at forums, sector meetings and events organised by IFEMA MADRID for the benefit of the city and region, and as a lever for the transformation of cities, their urban services and a sector that is key to improving the quality of life of citizens’.
For his part, David Moneo, director of TECMA, states that "the presence of MWCC is undoubtedly an important endorsement of the great appeal of TECMA. Together with SRR and the Cities Forum, as well as other projects that we will announce shortly, IFEMA MADRID will become the epicentre of the debate on the development of cities and all the services that are developed in them next June."
The International Urban Planning and Environment Exhibition (TECMA), organised by IFEMA MADRID, brings together the main players in the sector every two years to discuss the challenges and opportunities for the cities of the future. It is held in conjunction with SRR (Recovery and Recycling Exhibition) and the Madrid Cities Forum, making it a key event for institutions, companies and professionals committed to innovation and sustainability.
