MWCC registers the ISYRAV methodology in the Intellectual Property Registry
MWCC has officially registered the ISYRAV methodology—Index of Sensibility and Risk in Home Purchasing—with the Intellectual Property Registry of the Community of Madrid, a milestone that reinforces its commitment to innovation, technical rigor, and the generation of knowledge applied to the real estate and construction sector.
The registration legally recognizes the authorship and protection of this scientific methodology, developed as an advanced analysis tool to assess risk and sensibility in home purchase processes.
ISYRAV was created with the aim of providing objective, structured, and measurable criteria for decision-making in the residential sector, integrating technical, economic, and contextual variables that allow for a more accurate reading of the risk associated with home purchases. Its registration guarantees the legal protection of the model and consolidates its value as a strategic intellectual asset.
.The ISYRAV methodology is also integrated as one of the analytical pillars of DS Ranking, the evaluation and positioning system promoted by MWCC, reinforcing its methodological basis and providing it with greater scientific rigour. This incorporation allows for progress towards more transparent and comparable classification models based on proprietary indicators, aligned with the current demands of the sector.
For MWCC, this registration represents a key step in its mission to promote intellectual leadership in the sector, fostering its own tools and rankings that contribute to a more informed, responsible, and excellence-oriented market, in line with the contemporary challenges of housing and urban development.
With this official recognition, MWCC consolidates its position as a benchmark platform for the generation of knowledge, innovation, and technical excellence in the construction, architecture, and urban planning ecosystem.
