MWCC promotes technological innovation by participating in DES2025, Europe's largest forum on digitalisation

MWCC was present once again at DES – Digital Enterprise Show, established as Europe's leading event on exponential technologies and artificial intelligence. Held at FYCMA in Malaga from 10 to 12 June, this latest edition brought together 17,639 professionals from 36 countries around a shared vision: to move towards a model of business success based on artificial intelligence.
During three intense days, more than 400 companies presented 681 cutting-edge digital solutions, and 612 international speakers shared their vision of the digital future. MWCC participated in this meeting, which addressed key issues such as data governance, responsible AI, quantum computing and cyber protection, with a view to a sustainable and efficient growth model for cities.
As part of its commitment to digital transformation, MWCC supported this space for public-private dialogue, which reinforces Malaga's position as the technological capital of southern Europe. In the words of the mayor, Francisco de la Torre, ‘forums like this are what put us on the map and help us forge alliances between markets such as Europe, Asia and the United States’.
MWCC highly values the impact generated by this edition, which has not only brought economic value to the city, but has also promoted projects and initiatives that set the agenda for smart urban development in Spain.
With our sights set on the future, we hope to continue actively contributing to this type of event that promotes dialogue, innovation and collaboration to build more sustainable, connected cities that are prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
See you at DES2026, from 9 to 11 June in Malaga.
