MWCC participates in the UAX Hackathon, promoting innovation in sustainable mobility
MWCC participated in the Hackathon organised by Alfonso X el Sabio University (UAX) at its Villanueva de la Cañada campus. The event brought together dozens of students with the aim of developing innovative ideas and real solutions for the urban challenges of the future.
During the day, the MWCC team accompanied the participants, offering support, advice and a strategic vision on the current challenges facing cities. In addition, MWCC presented the students with a challenge focused on the future of mobility, inviting them to design proposals for more efficient, sustainable and humane mobility, capable of responding to the needs of new generations and the growth of large urban areas.
The challenge addressed key issues such as reducing emissions, integrating smart technologies, universal accessibility, connecting different modes of transport and the importance of urban design in citizens' quality of life.
MWCC's participation in this hackathon reaffirms its commitment to training and young talent, as well as to promoting innovative solutions that drive cities towards more modern, connected and sustainable models.
MWCC will continue to collaborate with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems to support the development of new ideas that contribute to technological and urban progress in Madrid and the rest of the country.
