MWCC has participated in the second meeting of presidents of the Network of Clusters of the Madrid City Council. The objective of this new meeting has been to deepen the mutual knowledge between all of them, the promotion of the necessary “networking” and the presentation of collaboration projects, as well as measures that, promoted by the City Council, allow stimulating said collaboration between clusters.

The priority, in the current context, has been the definition and implementation of a coordination strategy for the clusters that are part of the municipal network, in order to ensure the necessary synergy of their activities by creating a collaborative environment.

The ‘Municipal Promotion Cluster Network’ aims to be conceived as an integrated system capable of generating essential feedback to multiply the beneficial effects of a strategic and urgent transformation of our economy.

The projects that are presented at this conference are a clear demonstration of the existence of fields or areas of work shared by the different clusters and refer to:

  • Collaboration between the “Fintech” and “Cybersecurity” clusters in the field of cyberinsurance incentives.
  • Presentation of the collaboration project of “CITET” (Innovation Center for Logistics and Transport of Goods) with the “Clúster de Videojuegos” for the joint development of initiatives in the field of simulation and gamification of logistics and transport processes. .
  • Collaboration between the “Madrid World Capital of Construction” (MWCC) and “Fintech” clusters in financing rehabilitation projects.
  • The collaboration of the “Big Data” and “MAD e-Health” clusters in relation to the health data space and within the framework of the “Gaia-X” project.
  • The collaboration of “MAD e-Health” with CITET in the development of a dispensing assistant initiative at the point of sale (PoS) that, integrated with the management program, in addition to allowing a more complete and personalized attention to the patient, makes It is possible to collect relevant information at the point of sale to improve the comprehensive delivery process.
