MWCC participates in the Madrid International Urban Forum 2025
MWCC participated in the Madrid International Urban Forum 2025, a meeting organised by COAM as part of the Madrid2050 initiative, thus turning the city into a space for strategic reflection on the urban future. The forum brought together institutions, experts, professionals and key players in the sector with the aim of analysing the challenges that Madrid will face in the coming decades, especially in view of the significant population growth forecast for 2050.
Throughout the conference, essential issues were addressed, such as habitability and access to housing, mobility and smart infrastructure, public space planning, the creation of urban facilities, and the regeneration and rehabilitation of the city as levers for energy efficiency and social cohesion. The forum also included workshops, round tables and the international Cities Connection Project exhibition, which showcased leading architectural and urban planning projects at both national and international level.
MWCC's participation reinforces the organisation's commitment to innovation, public-private collaboration and the development of solutions that contribute to building more competitive, liveable and sustainable cities.
