He has highlighted the key role played in the transformation of the coastline by the EUIPO and Aludium as poles of attraction and development. One aspect, the industrial one, in which he has also highlighted the development node that makes up the industrial areas of Las Atalayas, Pla de la Vallonga and Llano del Espartal and its projection towards the science park of the University of Alicante.

The Alicante Urban Agenda Forum, organized by the Department of the Presidency and Project Coordination, has also had the participation of expert urban planner, Alfonso Vegara, from the Metrópoli Foundation, as a speaker, who has illustrated the business representatives and the attending public on the transformation projects in which he collaborates with large cities such as Madrid, Malaga or Vitoria, which he has placed at the forefront of Spain, and among which he has also included Alicante.
