MWCC celebrates the presentation of the 3rd Edition of the 35 Under 35 Awards
MWCC held the third edition of the 35 Under 35 Awards at Alfonso X el Sabio University (UAX), an award designed to recognise young professionals who are driving significant advances in architecture, engineering, innovation and urban development.
David García Núñez, president of MWCC, emphasised the importance of supporting the new generations who are already actively contributing to the future of our cities, innovation and talent.
The event began with a welcome from Ángel Sampedro, director of the Engineering and Architecture Department at UAX, who highlighted the role of education and the university in preparing profiles capable of facing current urban and technological challenges. For his part, Luis Couceiro, general director of the UAX Group and rector of the university, addressed a few words of recognition to the award winners, praising their ability to generate real impact and become leaders in their respective fields.
The event continued with the official presentation of diplomas to the 35 award winners, who received their distinctions in the presence of their families and colleagues.
The closing ceremony was led by José Polimón, honorary president of MWCC, who congratulated the winners and highlighted the importance of fostering collaboration between universities, businesses and institutions to promote urban transformation and sustainable development, as well as the importance of young talent.
With this new edition, the 35 Under 35 Awards have established themselves as a key initiative for raising the profile and supporting young talent that is contributing to the progress of Madrid and Spain.
