MWCC has been recognised by Actualidad Económica as one of the 100 Best Ideas of the year in the Sustainability category, thanks to an innovative architecture project with social impact aimed at people with intellectual disabilities.

This award highlights a sustainable infrastructure model that responds to a growing social reality: the need for comprehensive care for people with intellectual disabilities when their parents or legal guardians can no longer take care of them.

The project, promoted by MWCC, contemplates the creation of accessible and environmentally friendly spaces, designed according to Passivhaus standards, which guarantees high energy efficiency and optimum interior comfort. These facilities provide quality care in the medical, psychological and social fields, thus improving the autonomy and well-being of the residents.

This recognition reaffirms MWCC's commitment to inclusive and sustainable urban development, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and committed to real solutions to urgent social challenges.
