REBUILD 2025 is positioned as a key platform for the transformation of the sector, focusing on industrialisation, digitalisation and sustainability. More than 27,000 professionals and 5,600 building projects have gathered to explore the latest solutions and materials in an environment dedicated to innovation and collaboration.

MWCC's presence at REBUILD 2025 represents an opportunity to share knowledge, establish strategic alliances and contribute to the advancement of the sector towards more efficient models focused on people's well-being.

We were present at the presentation of the Strategic Project for Economic Recovery and Transformation (PERTE) for housing, which seeks to promote and speed up the construction of industrialised housing in the country.

The strategic axes of the PERTE for industrialised housing:

- Increase productive capacity. Support the construction of more housing and create a regulatory environment for companies in the sector to commit to industrialisation, including SMEs through financing. The government's goal is to build 15,000 industrialised housing units per year, rising to 20,000 per year within 10 years.

- Efficiency and sustainability. The drive for industrialisation also makes it possible to build faster, reducing construction times by between 20% and 60%, as well as to build better, more responsibly, thanks to technology.

- Training and talent. Industrialisation must dignify employment and make it attractive to young people and women. This model makes it possible to work with more security and training, as well as a better quality of life for those who choose this profession.

REBUILD has become the great accelerator of the building sector, promoting industrialisation, sustainability, digitalisation and decarbonisation of construction. An essential meeting point for architects, developers, builders, engineers and designers.
