MWCC and Seville City Council promote REDI's corporate pride with a business meeting during Diversity Month.

Seville City Council, through its Department of Neighbourhoods and Priority Groups, Social Rights, Employment, Family, Equality and Associations, is promoting corporate pride in the Business Network for LGTBI Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) by holding a business meeting as part of Diversity Month.
With this initiative, MWCC aims to highlight the commitment of Seville's business community to diversity and the creation of safe and inclusive work environments.
We must support spaces that make visible and strengthen the commitment of Seville's companies to the LGTBIQ+ community. These types of initiatives are essential to move towards a more inclusive, respectful and discrimination-free society.
We must highlight the key role that companies play as drivers of social change and demonstrate that diversity is not only an ethical value but also a powerful competitive advantage. For MWCC, diversity and inclusion are also built on business commitment, in collaboration with local institutions.
REDI's Corporate Pride will also visit other cities such as Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon, which together with Seville will form an Iberian network of institutions and entities committed to social inclusion and diversity.
