MWCC and AUTELSI sign a collaboration agreement to promote digitalisation and sustainable urban development

MWCC and the Spanish Association of Telecommunications and Information Society Users (AUTELSI) have formalised the signing of a framework collaboration agreement with the aim of promoting knowledge exchange, driving digital transformation and promoting joint initiatives in the areas of technological innovation, urban development and sustainability.
The agreement was signed by the president of MWCC, David García Núñez, and the president of AUTELSI, Leandro Pérez Manzanera, who highlighted the importance of creating synergies between public and private entities to address current technological and urban challenges.
This agreement will enable the development of joint projects and activities in scientific, academic, business and technological fields of common interest. The areas of collaboration include:
- The organisation of joint events and training programmes.
- The mutual dissemination of activities through the communication channels of both entities.
- The exchange of studies and research.
- The creation of networking spaces and business opportunities for their members.
Both associations will work in coordination through a monitoring committee responsible for defining and supervising the initiatives promoted within the framework of this agreement.
AUTELSI, a national benchmark in the promotion of the Information Society, and MWCC, a strategic platform for Madrid's international positioning in engineering, construction, architecture and urban mobility, are joining forces to move towards more innovative, sustainable and connected city models.This agreement reinforces the commitment of both entities to institutional collaboration and the development of a more competitive, inclusive and technologically advanced ecosystem.
