Madrid Calle 30 has joined the Madrid Capital of Engineering, Construction and Architecture project. This alliance involves taking advantage of the synergies derived from the activity of both entities and aims to develop new models of urban connectivity and patterns of city design. In addition, the different innovation and research projects that Calle 30 are executing, studying and piloting between both entities, their applicability and testing in different municipalities of the Community of Madrid, attached to the Association, may be valued. New models of urban connectivity, sustainable, responsible, efficient and effective, are a necessity for the population.

About Madrid Calle 30

Madrid Calle 30 is a mixed economy company, attached to the Environment and Mobility Area of the Madrid City Council. Initially established to carry out the project to transform the M-30 road, with the aim of improving Madrid’s competitiveness as a center for economic, cultural, educational and leisure activities, the company carried out between 2004 and 2007 the reform of the M-30, with the renovation of seven links and the construction of more than fifty kilometers of tunnel, a work without parallel in the history of Madrid. Currently, the company manages the exploitation, conservation and maintenance of the Calle 30 distribution ring and the infrastructures and spaces in its surroundings, such as links, bridges, green areas and free areas included within the ring.
