Innolab will be part of the I Congress Construir en Clave Sostenible 2025, to be held in Madrid on 29 and 30 May.

MWCC has sent as a success story the creation of the Innovation Lab, a public-private collaboration laboratory created by MWCC-Comunidad de Madrid and Fundación Metropoli. This contribution has been accepted by the organisation for publication in the official proceedings book with ISBN. It is undoubtedly a successful case selected by the organising and scientific committee of the congress among a large number of high quality proposals. In the case of MWCC, the proposal with ID 102 will be part of this important publication, which will include innovative and relevant ideas on sustainability in construction and urban design.

This is a recognition of the work carried out by the Innovation Lab to promote a more sustainable, efficient and innovative urban environment. This participation reinforces Innolab's commitment to the sustainable transformation of our cities and the promotion of responsible solutions for the urban future.

The purpose of this laboratory, co-directed by the Community of Madrid, Fundación Metropoli and MWCC, is to establish channels of public-private cooperation to promote actions that improve competitiveness. Only by uniting the synergies of all the actors involved in this great initiative will we turn the Community of Madrid into a benchmark in urban solutions both nationally and internationally.

The Innovation Lab is based on:

- The transfer of knowledge in urban planning and sustainability through collaborative and participatory environments such as seminars, conferences and high-level events.

- The creation of international and business networks to promote it as a reference for our region.

- Dialogue and cooperation between the different public administrations and private sector entities, as a tool to promote the creation of this research centre, which will be able to draw on the knowledge provided by its members.

The Innovation Lab is an exceptional opportunity for national and international companies wishing to develop their activities and projects in the Region of Madrid. It is a clear example, unique in Europe, of symbiosis between administration and business.
